Although
the system is designed to operate with no full time
attendant, routine maintenance must be undertaken to
ensure the system’s continuous operation. Routine
preventative maintenance needs to be provided by the owner
along with back up service and inspections by a qualified
service technician. The preventative maintenance is
divided between daily, weekly and monthly procedures. The
daily inspections only takes a few minutes, it is very
important that someone provides a quick visual inspection
to identify potential issues before they occur. Weekly
inspects should only take 15 minutes, once again this will
help with identifying issues before they create a larger
issue. Monthly inspections including greasing of bears are
needed to extend the life of your equipment.
Galaxy
Associates employ a team of qualified trained service
technicians that provide preventative maintenance checks
on every visit. They also perform all repairs necessary to
maintain the system. The service technicians inventory
numerous spare parts on their service vehicles; if
additional parts are needed they are shipped directly to
the site from our warehouse.
Below
is a list of routine maintenance that will assure that
your system operates effectively on a daily basis.
