Maintenance
of Operation
The
wash system is designed and will be built to process
as many vehicles as CUSTOMER can logistically offer.
The system is designed to accommodate one vehicle per
complete cycle. Should a second vehicle follow the initial
vehicle into the wash, no washing action will be undertaken
on the second vehicle. Safety devices such as traffic
lights, the possibility that the entrance doors could
be in the closed position and the fact that the system’s
controller will only “see” one vehicle in
the wash at a time will ensure an efficient and effective
truck wash operation.
Although
the system is designed to operate with no full time
attendant, routine maintenance must be undertaken
to ensure the system’s continuous operation. Routine
maintenance will be divided between daily, weekly and
monthly procedures.
